If we do not exercise our mind as much as our body there is not going to be the adequate balance in our life to reach a total wellness. A healthy mind is one step closer to a healthy life.
The intellectual dimension refers to when a person works to expand their knowledge and skills to develop their potential. It is important to stimulate mental activities such as reading, coloring, writing, and traveling. We need to challenge ourselves to be creative and an active learner every day. Imagine not doing so and becoming an unproductive person that stays with a close mind and null judgment.
